What the BCV history shows

The history keeps one daily entry for reviewing how official rates have moved against the bolivar. You can check the US dollar, euro, Chinese yuan, Turkish lira and Russian ruble, compare short- or long-term changes, and use the table as a reference for reports, reconciliations, budgets or conversions tied to a specific date.

Rates come from data published by Banco Central de Venezuela. On days without a new official publication, such as weekends or holidays, the history keeps the previous business day's effective rate so each calendar date has a consistent official reference.
